Just winging it

I came home and unpacked as quickly as I could so I could reserve the gifts I really wanted to blog.  Aline, that speedy super star had a post out quick like lightning with her favorite gifts (you can see it HERE).  It took me a lot longer to put my looks together.  I knew the items I wanted to blog, I just had a very specific look I wanted, and I did eventually get it.  These are the items from the FLF Birthday Bash I’m wearing in this pic:

As always, I absolutely fell in love with this hat from BTTB.  They make such great, fun, unique things!  Who could resist flamingo weights?  I’m a Florida girl, after all.  You’ll need the Swallow dropped ears to wear these (but they usually go on sale for Black Friday if you don’t have them yet).

Such a fun event, it’s decorated like Palm Springs but read very Florida to me (minus the Joshua trees).  It’ll be open until September 4th and you’ll need to join the Fifty Linden Friday group for free to pick up all the gifts.
