The Grey School of Wizardry is joining educators from around the world for Virtual Worlds MOOC26, and this year we’ll be presenting from the vGSW campus itself. On Monday, August 24, Headmaster Nicholas Kingsley will present “What Virtual Worlds Restore to Education” live from the vGSW Lecture Hall.
For more than two decades, the Grey School has been exploring what online education can become when pupils have more than a website, a discussion board, or a video call. vGSW has given us the opportunity to build something much closer to a genuine campus: a persistent place where classes are taught, people gather, practical work can occur, and an institution can develop a visible presence around its academic community.
